What will this game be about? Other than the obvious, this is somethin to look forward to.

Its a complete rebuild of 'Tyrfing Cycle'
But the premise is in a loose norse/pagan setting with characters from Scandinavian and Germanic folk lore. I want everything to have a "metal as F*** " aesthetic.

Gameplay wise, it's gone from being platformer driven with a tact on battle system to a 2d take on a devil may cry sort of combat system with some castlevania and DOOM environment cues.
Combat is front and center, being hack and slash with emphasis on pushing forward as well as style.

The overhaul and rebuild has aways to go yet, but I want to get Andrew Hulshult in on the soundtrack which is what im saving up money for. His work on Dusk was impeccable

I really like to put effort into lore which is another big focus. every enemy, character, NPC, boss, environment, etc has a story
